BUYER’S
PREMIUM & SALES TAXES
A 15% Buyer’s Premium
will be charged to all buyers on every purchase. Lone Star
Auctioneers, Inc. will not refund or reimburse the buyer’s
premium on any item based on errors and/or omissions of the
appraisal.
California
state sales tax will be collected from all buyers who do not
submit appropriate resale documentation prior to Wednesday,
May 25, 2005.
Absentee
bids are accepted in writing and must be received prepaid
in full prior to the deadline for this auction. For bids received
at Lone Star headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas, that deadline
is: Noon - Wednesday, May 25, 2005. For bids
received at the preview and auction site, the deadline is
5 PM on a May 26, 2005. Send a signed copy of the

payments received after deadline will be returned unprocessed.
Pre
payment must be in U.S. funds in cash, cashier’s check
or U. S. checks with a valid bank letter of guarantee. Bank
letter of guarantee must be an ORIGINAL on bank letterhead,
and must read as follows:

Lone
Star Auctioneers will refund any unused portion of the absentee
bid to the bidder by check. In the event identical bids are
received, the earliest postmark will take precedence. Absentee
bids shall be accepted in competition with all other bids.
Absentee bidders must agree to abide by the same Terms and
Conditions of Sale as all other bidders.
Successful
absentee bidders will be notified by phone, and assume all
responsibilities, liabilities, insurance, and expenses for
shipping. Unsuccessful absentee bidders will receive their
cashiers checks or checks with bank letter of guarantee returned
following the auction by regular mail unless otherwise requested.
Other means specified and paid for by bidder will be used
as requested.
INSURANCE,
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
There will be
a minimum $25.00 handling fee for purchases on EACH DAY of
auction. Buyers who purchase on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
auction days (or any combination of days) will be charged
shipping and handling for each day’s purchases on an
invoice generated at the end of each auction day. Insurance,
Shipping and Handling will be calculated according to the
shipping chart provided. Please estimate shipping according

SALES
TAX:
California state sales tax 7.25% will be collected from all
buyers who do not complete appropriate resale documentation
upon registration for the auction and prior to making purchases.
Texas
State Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected from all taxable
buyers taking possession of their purchases in Texas.
Lone
Star Auctioneers, Inc. assumes no responsibility for failure
to execute absentee bids. The final bid prices and reports
from the auction are provided to our client, the seller.
