BUYER’S
PREMIUM & SALES TAXES
A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be charged to all
buyers on every purchase. Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. will
not refund or reimburse the buyer’s premium on any item
based on errors and/or omissions of the appraisal.
California
state sales tax will be collected from all buyers who do not
complete appropriate resale documentation upon registration
for the auction and prior to making purchases.
REQUIRED
DEPOSIT:
All persons desiring to bid online at this auction are required
to complete the Terms
& Conditions and send a Cashiers Check in the amount
of $1000 made payable to:

no later than, Noon - Wednesday, May 25, 2005.
No online bidders will be approved until this deposit is received.
This deposit is fully refundable or will be applied to online
purchases at this auction only. We strongly urge bidders to
overnight their deposits so that we receive them no later
than the deadline. The sooner you get your deposit in, the
sooner you will be approved to bid absentee and on-line. Although
bidders can submit absentee bids prior to approval, those
bids will not be executed until we receive your deposit. The
Cashiers Checks will not be cashed unless a winning bid is
submitted by that bidder. All Cashiers Checks from unsuccessful
bidders will be returned within two business days after the
auction.
WINNER
NOTIFICATION:
Successful bidders will be notified immediately after the
auction. Full payment from on-line bidders MUST be in the
form of Cashiers Check. All payments for on-line purchases
MUST be received in our office NO LATER THAN Thursday, June
2, 2005. Any bidder(s) who do not pay for their on-line purchases
will not be allowed to register or participate in any future
auctions conducted by Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc.
Payment
must be made in full by cashiers check or check with an original
bank letter of guarantee which reads:

INSURANCE,
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
There will be
a minimum $25.00 handling fee for purchases on EACH DAY of
auction. Buyers who purchase on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
auction days (or any combination of days) will be charged
shipping and handling for each day’s purchases on an
invoice generated at the end of each auction day. Insurance,
Shipping and Handling will be calculated according to the
shipping chart provided. Please estimate shipping according

SALES
TAX:
California state sales tax 7.25% will be collected from all
buyers who do not complete appropriate resale documentation
upon registration for the auction and prior to making purchases.
Texas
State Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected from all taxable
buyers taking possession of their purchases in Texas.
ACCEPTANCE
OF TERMS:
All persons participation in the on-line bidding agree to
and accept these terms and conditions unequivocally and without
exception.
All
participants hereby agree and accept that neither Lone Star
Auctioneers, Inc. nor Bidspotter.com will be held responsible
for a failure to execute a bid on behalf of any participant(s)
for any reason whatsoever. |
