Live Auction Terms of Payment:
Payment must be made in full at the end of the auction by either Cash, Cashiers Check or Check with an original bank letter of guarantee which reads:

(Expiration date must be so stated at a minimum, but may be increased to six months or a years, as one chooses.)

Notice:
Personal or company checks which are not accompanied by a valid Bank Letter of Guarantee will be subject to a 2.5% Certigy check guarantee fee (paid by the buyer). Buyers who use the check guarantee service are advised that $30,000 is the maximum amount of guarantee and that all related purchases will be held for a period of approximately three weeks following the auction. Additional costs for shipping, handling, insurance, storage and security charges will be calculated and paid at the time of payout. There will be no exceptions to these payment terms.

Sales Tax:
Texas State Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected from all taxable buyers taking possession of their purchases in Texas. Texas Sales tax will be collected from ALL buyers who do not complete appropriate resale documentation upon registration for the auction and prior to making purchases.

Absentee Bidding on LoneStarOnline.com

Online Absentee High Bidder Notification:
The Successful Winning High Bidder on LoneStarOnline.com will be considered an ABSENTEE BID and act as the STARTING BID on the floor at the Live / Webcast portion of the auction on Saturday, March 7, 2009.

Acceptance of Terms:
All persons participating in online bidding agree to and accept all Terms and Conditions unequivocally and without exception. All participants hereby agree and accept that the US Marshals Service nor Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. will be held responsible for any failure to execute any online bid on behalf of any participant(s) for any reason whatsoever. All bidders hereby acknowledge that they understand that if they place the high bid on any lot or lots in the LoneStarOnline.com portion of the auction they are not the winner of that lot or lots and that when they have made payment for their high bids those bids will be used as the starting bid in the live Webcast auction. If their bid prevails at the live Webcast auction, then they will be the winning bidder.

Other Important Info:
24/7 Online Bidding for this auction is being offered as a means to provide an ABSENTEE BID opportunity for those who may not be able to attend the live auction or participate in the webcast. The highest bid received for each lot in the 24/7 auction will become an ABSENTEE BID and will be used as the OPENING BID at the Live/Webcast auction to be held on Saturday, March 6 & 7th in Arlington, Texas. This means the highest online bid is only a final sale when and if it is the highest final bid at the live auction. If no higher bids are received during the live auction, the 24/7 absentee bid will stand and becomes the FINAL winning bid. If, however, a higher bid is received at the live auction, the 24/7 absentee bidder will be unsuccessful.

Based on our previous experience, we suggest that 24/7 bidders decide the maximum value of each lot to himself or herself and bid that amount. Lowball bids are very seldom successful in either 24/7 or live auctions.

Winner Notification:
Successful Online Absentee bidders will be notified immediately after the Live/ Webcast portion of the auction on March 7, 2009. All payments for online purchases MUST be received in our office NO LATER THAN Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at 5:00pm. Full payment MUST be in the form of Postal Money Order (for shipment within one week). Items paid with bank issued cashier's check or bank issued money order will be held until payment has cleared (shipping will take approximately 15 business days after payment has been deposited). Please make all cashier's checks, personal / company checks, and money orders payable to Lone Star Auctioneers. Items paid with personal or company check, MUST be accompanied by an original Bank Letter which must read:

All Online Bidders MUST sign and return the Terms & Conditions Form, Certification Form and Disclaimer Form , along with their $1000.00 Cashier's Check or Money Order Deposit no later than (noon) 12:00pm CT, Friday, March 6, 2009. Required Deposit:
All persons desiring to bid online at this auction are required to send a Cashier's Check in the amount of $1000 made payable to Lone Star Auctioneers Escrow Account, 4629 Mark IV Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76106-2295, no later than noon Thursday, March 5, 2009. No webcast bidders will be approved until this deposit is received. This deposit is fully refundable or will be applied to online purchases at this auction only. We strongly urge bidders to overnight their deposits so that we receive them no later than Wednesday, March 4, 2009. The sooner you get your deposit in, the sooner you will be approved to bid absentee and webcast. Although bidders can submit absentee bids prior to approval, those bids will not be executed until we receive your deposit. The Cashiers Checks will not be cashed unless a winning bid is submitted by that bidder. All Cashiers Checks from unsuccessful bidders will be returned within two business days after the auction.

Winner Notification:
